袁有禄

1. 个人简历:

袁有禄,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国农业科学院棉花研究所生物技术研究室主任。安阳市优秀专家,河南省先进工作者。2004年入选中国农科院三级人才,2013-2018年中国农业科学院科技创新工程棉花品种分子设计团队首席科学家;国际棉花基因组委员会(ICGI)棉花结构基因组共同主席和主席(2019-2022)。中国农学会棉花分会第五、六、八届理事会理事。长期从事棉花分子育种工作,重视优质棉育种,积极参与棉花基因组测序工作,为分子育种的开展奠定了重要基础。培育了我国第一个国审优质棉品种中棉所70(2008年审定),培育优质高产品种有中棉所60、70、78、96、101、112、114、131、135等15个品种,主持国家863计划“高产优质多抗棉花分子育种与品种创制”课题,主持国家自然基金“棉花陆海渐渗系纤维强度形成的遗传网络解析与重要位点候选基因的功能验证”及“陆地棉纤维品质性状QTL的全基因组挖掘”等项目10项,参与项目11项;主编著作1部:棉花分子育种学。

参加国际会议报告13次,国内会议报告8次。2017年科技部农作物育种行业动态专题“棉花育种行业创新与进展”特约撰稿。获得与棉花纤维品质分子标记育种方法有关的发明专利37项。发表论文223篇,其中SCI收录79篇。主要参与完成了二倍体棉花雷蒙德氏棉(D基因组)、亚洲棉(A基因组)和四倍体棉花TM-1(AD基因组)测序工作,相关结果在国际顶级刊物“自然-遗传”(Nature Genetics)及“自然-生物技术”(Nature Biotechnology)上发表论文3篇。重点负责了亚洲棉基因组的测序工作,相关结果在国际顶级刊物“自然-遗传”(Nature Genetics)发表,为共同第一作者,该研究为全基因组水平上挖掘基因及开发分子标记开展分子设计育种奠定了坚实基础。挖掘了大量的棉花纤维产量及品质性状的QTL,在全基因组水平上揭示了棉花产量与品质性状的负相关的遗传基础,结果发表在Plant Biotechnology Journal、Theoretical and Applied Genetics、Genomics等国际著名杂志上。
